Hi everyone . Today I wanted to touch on some coping strategies to relieve you from the hardest symptoms menopause throws at us. I have changed my diet, added exercise (Walking), and even tried acupuncture (didn’t work for me). Although acupuncture wasn’t right for me, It might be right for you. I also tried a supplement that target supplied called Estroven, which caused my bloodwork to come back really bad but that’s a whole different conversation. What has worked for me is eating, healthy, and exercising 30 minutes a day. That does not take my hot flashes but it definitely has helped.
